Strategic Brand Review / 100% asynchronous
Before you redesign the brand,
find out what actually needs changing.
An evidence-led diagnosis for growing businesses whose brand no longer feels as clear, coherent or credible as the business behind it.
01 / THE REAL QUESTION
The question is not only whether the brand looks good.
It is whether the brand still helps people understand what the business has become, why it matters, and why they should trust it.
A growing business can outgrow its visual identity quietly. Nothing looks disastrous. But the website, deck, social posts and client proposals start telling slightly different stories.
The review separates what is genuinely weakening perception from what is simply familiar, imperfect or not urgent.
02 / WHEN IT FITS
Useful when the business is already real, but the brand direction has become hard to judge.
A good fit
You have launched, you have visible brand material, and you need to know what to keep, fix, build, remove or leave for later.
Especially useful
You are considering a redesign, preparing a clearer offer, improving credibility, or trying to make scattered touchpoints feel like one system.
Probably not yet
If there is no offer, no audience, no public presence and no material to examine, a strategic review will not have enough evidence.
KEEP / FIX / BUILD / REMOVE / NOT YET
A decision report for what deserves to change now and what does not.
03 / WHAT I EXAMINE
Not every possible detail. The parts that shape trust.
- Business context: what the brand now needs to help the business achieve.
- Audience and decision: what people need to understand, believe and remember.
- Positioning and messaging: clarity, claims, differentiation and coherence.
- Visual identity: logo, typography, colour, hierarchy, consistency and usability.
- Key touchpoints: website, social presence, pitch material or other public-facing supports.
04 / WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A diagnosis you can act on, not a folder full of opinions.
Evidence-led diagnosis
What is weakening clarity, trust or coherence, and where that shows up.
Decision categories
The report turns the diagnosis into clear decisions, so you know what deserves attention first.

08 / HUMAN-LED, AI-ASSISTED
Technology supports the work. It does not make the final call.
AI-assisted tools can help organise material, compare patterns and prepare parts of the analysis. The diagnosis, priorities, recommendations and final report are reviewed and decided by me.
This is especially important for brand work, because more output is not the same thing as better direction.
09 / FAQ
Before you request the review.
Do I need this review or a full visual identity?
Start with the review if you know something feels unclear but you are not sure what actually needs to change. If the need for a new identity is already obvious, book a discovery call.
Can I request it without a website?
Yes, but you need at least one public-facing place where the brand is visible, such as a website, LinkedIn page, Instagram profile or similar channel.
Is the review really asynchronous?
Yes. The standard Strategic Brand Review does not include a live workshop or presentation call.
When does the 10-business-day timeline start?
It starts after the contract is signed, the invoice is paid and the complete onboarding questionnaire has been submitted.
Can the review lead into a visual identity project?
Yes. It can become the strategic foundation for a visual identity project with Glouchkoff Design.
