Strategic Brand Designer · Geneva / remote
Your business grew.
I help growing businesses turn scattered visuals into clear brand systems people can understand, trust and remember.
01 / THE GAP
Nothing looks obviously wrong.
Together, it still does not add up.
Your logo is fine. Your colours are fine. Taken one by one, nothing is really broken.
But put the website, the deck, the social posts and the last client proposal side by side, and it can look like four different people built them without ever talking to each other.
That gap is not just aesthetic. It makes the business explain itself harder than it should.
02 / HUMAN JUDGMENT
AI can make more.
I help decide what deserves to exist.
AI can generate visuals in seconds. That part is not up for debate.
What it cannot reliably do is decide what this particular brand needs, for this audience, in this market, at this point in the business. Ask five tools for a brand identity and you often get five variations that have all seen each other’s homework.
I use technology where it helps. I keep the part that actually requires judgment human: direction, coherence, prioritisation and the decision to leave a perfectly good thing alone.

04 / SELECTED WORK
A visual system built for the business Sylara was becoming.
Sylara, a corporate learning platform, needed a visual identity that could carry it beyond an early-stage startup look and support the seriousness of the product as it scaled.
The result was a coherent logo, typography and colour direction designed around how the platform needed to be perceived — not just what looked good on a slide.
Honest note: a new identity can take time to sit with. The team did not jump immediately to “we love it”, and that is normal.
CLIENT WORDS
“I especially valued Svetlana’s ability to create a visual strategy that felt fully coherent with a newborn brand. She opened a new way for our team to see and express the brand visually. The process was extremely efficient and timely, and I also appreciated her patience with the team and the mature way she managed feedback throughout.”

05 / THE PRACTICE
Strategy first.
Visual decisions second.
No noise in between.
I’m Svetlana Glouchkoff, the strategic brand designer behind Glouchkoff Design.
I work with founders and small teams whose business has developed faster than the way it presents itself. My role is to understand the business, read what the brand currently communicates, and turn that into decisions people can actually use.
The work sits between strategy and visual execution: enough distance to diagnose the real problem, and enough design experience to know what the recommendation will mean in practice.
06 / FAQ
Useful questions.
Actual answers.
Do I need the Strategic Brand Review or a visual identity?
If the business already has a brand but you are unsure what actually needs changing, start with the review. If the need for a new identity is already clear, book a discovery call.
Do you work in English and French?
Yes. Projects and communication can be conducted in English or French.
Can we work remotely?
Yes. Glouchkoff Design is based in Geneva, Switzerland, and the work can be delivered remotely.
What happens during the free discovery call?
We clarify what the business is building, what you need, whether the project is a fit and what the next step would be.
READY WHEN THE BRAND IS.
If the business has moved forward, the brand should not be the thing holding it back.
Start with a focused review, or book a conversation about a broader project.
