Custom Projects / Focused brand applications
Your identity already exists.
Now make it work harder.
For businesses with a clear, documented visual identity that need specific materials designed with consistency, judgment and practical use in mind.
01 / THE POINT
Not a redesign. A precise extension of what already works.
A Custom Project applies an existing visual identity to a specific material, format or communication need. The identity can have been created by Glouchkoff Design or by another designer.
Before the project is accepted, I review the available guidelines and brand files. The foundation must be clear enough to guide real decisions, not just provide a logo and three colour codes.
02 / WHAT IT CAN INCLUDE
Specific materials, built as part of the same visual language.
Flyers, brochures, menus, invitations, posters and printed campaign or event materials.
Digital
Presentations, branded PDFs, Canva templates, social media systems, LinkedIn banners and campaign visuals.
Physical applications
Stationery, packaging, labels, textile graphics, event materials and simple promotional supports.
Individual web elements
Web banners, campaign visuals, icons and other isolated digital assets.
EXISTING SYSTEM / SPECIFIC USE
One identity.
More places where it works properly.
03 / PERMITTED EXTENSION
Apply the system. Extend only where the application needs it.
The work is not limited to placing a logo on a finished layout. When the identity provides a sound foundation, the project can create the secondary components required by the application.
That may include patterns, icon families, layout systems, image treatments, graphic compositions or format-specific rules. Every extension must remain traceable to the existing identity.
04 / PROCESS
First clarify the request, then I quote the work that actually needs doing.
Request form.
You complete the short Custom Project request form and provide the available identity files.
Book the call.
The request is completed by booking the required Calendly meeting inside the form.
Initial review.
I review the request, identity, intended use, budget, deadline and feasibility before the meeting.
Clarification call.
We define the exact deliverables, formats, technical requirements, content and decision process.
Quote and agreement.
You receive a custom quote with scope, timeline, feedback cycles, exclusions and payment schedule.
Project start.
Work begins after the contract is signed, the required payment is received and the necessary content and files are supplied.
One developed proposal.
I present one considered design direction for the agreed material or system.
Consolidated feedback.
Your team submits one common response for each cycle defined in the quote.
Final delivery.
Approved final files are prepared and released after full payment.
05 / QUOTE AND PAYMENT
The price follows the actual scope, not a generic package.
Custom quote
The quote reflects the deliverables, formats, versions, content, complexity, technical requirements, feedback cycles and production needs.
Payment
Projects below CHF 1'500 are paid in full before work begins. From CHF 1'500, payment is split into 30% before the start and 70% before final delivery.
Timeline
No generic duration is promised. The schedule is defined for the exact scope and depends on timely content, decisions and feedback.
Urgent requests
Rush work is accepted only when availability allows and carries a 25% rush fee.
06 / FINAL DELIVERY
Files prepared for the agreed use
- Final exports in the formats required by the approved project.
- Print-ready or platform-specific files when relevant.
- Organised, clearly named delivery folders.
- Editable templates when the agreed deliverable is specifically a template.
- Commercial usage rights for the approved final work after full payment.
07 / OPTIONAL PRODUCTION
Managed printing in Switzerland
- Print-ready file preparation can be included in the design scope.
- Supplier coordination and ordering are optional and quoted separately.
- Managed production is available only for delivery in Switzerland.
- Production, proofs, materials and delivery costs are paid before the order is placed.
- A checked digital proof is included when production coordination is purchased.
08 / BOUNDARIES
A focused application project cannot quietly become a new identity.
Identity foundations
Visual identity creation, complete redesign and logo redesign are not delivered as Custom Projects.
Separate disciplines
Naming, tagline creation, copywriting, motion design, video production and legal clearance are not included.
Web and applications
Full website or application design is not a standard in-house deliverable. External development may be coordinated when relevant.
Content and scope changes
The main content must be substantially final. Later changes that affect the design, layout or production files may be charged separately.
09 / FEEDBACK
One proposal. One consolidated response. Clearer decisions.
The number of feedback cycles is defined in the quote. Each cycle requires one consolidated response, even when several people participate in the decision.
A fundamentally different direction is not automatically a revision. If the request changes the agreed scope, the additional work is approved and quoted before it continues.
10 / FAQ
Before you request a Custom Project.
Can you work with an identity created by another designer?
Yes. The identity must be clear, documented and usable for the requested application. I review the guidelines and files manually before accepting the project.
How much does a Custom Project cost?
Every project is quoted individually according to its actual scope. The website does not display a generic minimum or hourly rate.
How long will the project take?
The schedule is defined in the quote because it depends on the deliverables, content, feedback cycles, technical requirements and availability.
How many design directions will I receive?
The standard approach is one developed proposal, followed by refinement within the feedback cycles stated in the quote.
Are source files included?
Final usable exports are included. Working files and native source files are not included by default and can be quoted separately when appropriate.
Can you manage printing?
Yes, as an optional service for delivery in Switzerland. Coordination, production, proofs and delivery costs are quoted separately.
Can you take an urgent project?
Sometimes. Rush work depends on availability and, when accepted, includes a 25% rush fee.
Is a call required before the quote?
Yes. Every Custom Project request ends with a required Calendly booking inside the request form so the scope can be clarified before the quote is prepared.
CUSTOM QUOTE / SPECIFIC SCOPE
You have a clear identity and a specific thing it needs to do.
Send the request, book the required call and give the project a scope precise enough to quote properly.
